ORDERING POLICY

Quote Requests & Ordering
Customers may request quotes and place orders via email, phone, or through our website. We also accept order confirmations, modifications, and requests via messaging applications or other digital written means. All orders are subject to verification and acceptance by Kitchen Outfitters, LLC before processing.
Order Confirmation & Modifications

Upon receipt of an order, Kitchen Outfitters, LLC will provide a written confirmation detailing product specifications, pricing, and estimated lead times. Customers must review the confirmation and notify Kitchen Outfitters, LLC of any necessary corrections or modifications within 24 hours of receipt.

Once the order is confirmed, production begins, and no further modifications can be made. Customers must ensure accuracy before confirmation. Any modifications requested after this period may incur additional costs and production delays.

Payment & Credit Terms

All orders must be paid in full before production begins. Kitchen Outfitters, LLC does not offer credit terms. Accepted payment methods include:

  • Credit/debit cards

  • ACH transfers

  • Bank wire transfers

  • Digital payment platforms (if applicable)

Payments must be received and cleared before an order is scheduled for production. Any delays in payment will result in delays in production and shipment.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or digital messaging before production begins. If an order is canceled after confirmation but before production, a cancellation fee may apply. Orders in production cannot be canceled, and customers will be responsible for the full cost.

Lead Times & Shipping

Lead times vary based on order size, material availability, and production schedules. Estimated lead times will be provided at order confirmation. Kitchen Outfitters, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers. Customers must inspect shipments upon delivery and report any damage or discrepancies within 48 hours.

Return Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, Kitchen Outfitters does not accept returns based on change of mind, incorrect measurements provided by the customer, or any reason unrelated to a verified manufacturing defect.

 

Returns will only be accepted in cases where the product is found to be defective due to manufacturing error. In such cases, the customer must notify us within 5 business days of delivery. The defect must be documented and approved by Kitchen Outfitters prior to the initiation of any return process.

 

All items are made to order and are not eligible for return or refund unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed by our team.

Dispute Resolution

All disputes related to orders, payments, or product quality shall be resolved through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled in accordance with the laws of the state in which Kitchen Outfitters, LLC operates.

By placing an order with Kitchen Outfitters, LLC, the customer agrees to the terms outlined in this policy. These terms are subject to change without notice.
